Each season brings a unique opportunity to celebrate and during the months of November and December the downtown Indiana area sparkles with holiday magic. The Lucy Donnelly Holiday Parade is the perfect way to kick-off your holiday season! Always the Friday before Thanksgiving, this annual tradition includes a nostalgic parade, the lighting of a LIVE 32 Ft. Christmas tree, vintage light displays and of course, Santa!

Celebrating it's 158th year in 2021, the Indiana County Fair is a week-long event, providing educational opportunities and entertainment for all ages with a heavy emphasis on agriculture. Offering live entertainment such as horse racing, high school bands, demolition derby, tractor pulls, magic shows, petting zoo, livestock shows and over 100 vendors each year, be sure to review the Schedule of Events when planning your visit so that you don't miss your favorite event!

Ox Hill Fair - Always the week of Labor Day!

The Ox Hill Fair will celebrated it's 86th year with a new home! Determined not to miss another year, the Ox Hill Fair organizers and host of volunteers have been working day in and day out for 5 1/2 months to transform an abandoned sawmill situated on 18 acres into the new home of the Ox Hill Fair! Supported by a rich heritage, dedicated family & community members, and complete with all the traditions of farm animal and agricultural exhibits, tractor & truck pulls, daily entertainment, carnival rides and food vendors, the fair will go on! A true testimony of the determination necessary to preserve this important era of history and educate on the importance of the Agricultural industry.

Cookport Fair - Making Memories ONE Fair at a Time

Established in 1917, the Cookport Fair, presented by the Green Township Community Association, turned 102 years old and still growing!   Enjoy a wide selection of animal exhibits including cows, horses, sheep, goats and chickens as well as agricultural exhibits displaying vegetables, fruits, arts and crafts. There is entertainment galore all week long, be sure to check out the Events Calendar for a complete schedule. With a variety of games for kids and adults alike and food to please any taste, you'll have a grand time at the annual Cookport Fair!
